Yes. Tech Works requires a scheduled appointment to drop off any equipment for service. We do offer onsite services and pickup/ delivery services are available.
Most repairs take 2-3 days to complete. There are situations where the repairs may take longer such as when parts have to be ordered.
Unfortunatly, we do not service Apple or Mac products. We only work on Windows based PCs and Laptops.
Our free consultation is where we talk and togther decide how best Tech Works can serve you. It’s an oppurtunity to learn more of your current issues or upcoming project.
Depending on the issue with the device. We do not work on any Apple devices, but may be able to help with your Android based device.
Tech Works charges by the hour. In Shop service repairs average between $45 and $90. In Home services average between $75 and $150.
